At O‘round O‘ahu, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure a smooth, carefree, and enjoyable day exploring the island, please review the following policies before your tour:
Child Safety Policy (Car Seats)
For the safety of young travelers:
- Guests traveling with infants or small children should provide their own age-appropriate car seat or booster seat.
- O‘round O‘ahu does not supply car seats or child restraints.
- Children must be properly secured before the vehicle begins moving.
We welcome guests who use mobility aids and offer accommodations whenever possible:
- The tour vehicle can accommodate collapsible wheelchairs and mobility assistance devices.
- Devices must be able to fit in the rear cargo space of a standard SUV.
- Please notify us in advance so we may ensure the vehicle is arranged safely and comfortably for everyone.
- Guides may assist with opening doors and steadying guests, but cannot physically lift or carry passengers due to safety regulations.
- Guests should be able to enter and exit a standard-height SUV with minimal assistance.
- Please inform us ahead of time if you require additional time, support, or specific accommodation needs.
- Some sites may include short walks, steps, uneven ground, grass, sand, or gravel.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the day of the tour.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the day of the tour will result in a 100% charge being incurred.
Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

What to BringWhat to Bring
- Water is provided, comfortable shoes, hat, sunscreen, any money for admission, a great smile!
- Bring your camera. I’ll be your personal photographer, but you can bring your phone or your professional camera and I’ll be your photographer. It’s part of the Aloha Spirit.
- No need to rent a car. I will be your personal tour guide and chauffeur! I have a Toyota 4 Runner for your needs. I can take up to 3 guests in my vehicle. If you have a larger group, then you may need to rent a larger vehicle.
- In case of rain, please bring your umbrella and a change of clothes and we’ll have a great time!
